Again in 2018 we have reached the final, the theme of our winning film was "Stop Plastic Pollution". Once more we reached the final the following year with a imaginative film about "Saving the Bees".

We have been taking part in the Junior Entrepreneurs competition over the last number of years. This is an opportunity for Senior classes to develop their own business idea as a group and learn about all that is involved in running a business.

We read novels and take part in Jolly Phonics, Building Bridges and Shared Reading programmes. Take a look at our Art pictures and projects on the website. A friendly happy school full of friendly happy faces where learning is a natural and effortless part of our enjoyable school day! All children are given the confidence to pursue their talents and enrich their abilities in the pursuit of learning. They are well prepared in the full curriculum spectrum before going to second level education.

We have recently opened a computer room in the school with 14 PCs. This is a fantastic facility which we are looking forward to using for various projects. Our school also has an over-head projector or an interactive smart board in each classroom. We also have ipad tablets for children to use in class if required.
