Our School Crib

We have placed a crib outside our school this Christmas as well as a Christmas tree with brightly coloured lights. We wish to spread a little Christmas cheer after a challenging year.

We would like to thank Fr Anthony who blessed the school crib on Friday.

Community Centre

Our senior classes have been having their PE Lessons in the Community Centre. This is a fantastic facility close to our school and we are delighted to be able to use it. We are looking forward to using it again in the new year.

STEM Activity for 1st and 2nd class

1st and 2nd class enjoyed a STEM activity exploring Friction. We experimented with different surfaces - some were smooth and some were rough. We discovered that the car didn't go as fast when the surface was rough because it caused friction. STEM is an inquiry based form of learning involving science and maths.
